
Senior Program Coordinator for the SERCEB Policy,
Ethics and Law Core

Allison T. Chamberlain, MS, joined the Trent Center in August
2007 as the new Senior Program Coordinator for the SERCEB Policy,
Ethics and Law Core. In this position, she works on projects
involving the ethical and societal implications associated with
infectious disease research.
Allison resides in Atlanta, GA, where she also works with Dr. Ruth
Berkelman in the Epidemiology Department at Emory University on biosafety
issues. Prior to joining the Trent Center and the SERCEB PEL
Core, Allison worked at the Center for Biosecurity in Baltimore,
Maryland. She received her MS in Biomedical Science Policy
and Advocacy from Georgetown University in 2007 and her BA in Human
Biology from University of Virginia in 2004.
